Kirsten had just got out of the shower and was drying her hair. She got dressed into her 1775 ball gown frock and put on her shoes.
"Now all I need is my make up and do my hair and wear my new and improved jewelery!" she said.
She put on a mixture of lavender and turquoise eyeshadow and wore cherry pink lipstick.She put on her dark purple eyeliner and black mascara.
"Hm, not bad.Now time for the real beauty," she said to herself. She pulled out the new jewelery she had bought, earing's and a necklace made out of Rubies, Sapphires and Diamonds.
You shall be the belle of the ball! she heard a faint whisper.
"David?" she turned around. Nothing, "I wish you were here!"
She remembered back when she was 16 and in High school. She had dressed up like Belle from Beauty and the Beast, her all time favourite childhood movie. She had walked down the stairs of her house,
"Wow, you look stunning. You shall be the Belle of the ball!" David said as Kirsten came down the stairs.
"Urgh, David," she said rolling her eyes.
"What? I'm being serious."
"You're so sweet, I wish you were coming!"
"Nah I don't like these dance things.You go and have a good time,"
When she had gotten to the dance she had no one to be with. David had surprised her by showing up in a tux. He said he wanted it to be a surprise and it was. They became Homecoming King and Queen. A tear trickled down her cheek.
"Dammit!" she fixed her makeup and put some glitter over her eyeshadow.
A horn tooted outside. She went over to the window and looked down. She waved at Jack who was looking out of the window of his silver Aston Martin DB9. She grabbed her Golden shawl and purse and went down to meet him. When she got out of the door he was leaning against the front of his car. He was wearing a black tux and white shirt with a black tie.
"You look........stunning,beautiful,enchanting!" he said.
"Why thank you kind sir.You look hot yourself!" she said accepting his hand and getting into the car. He got in.
"Nice car.I approve!"
"I know, she wasn't cheap either!"
"To the ball."
"Yes,"
